At L'Antiga Casa Sala we accept the following forms of payment: credit card, bank transfer, Paypal and Bizum.

Card
This form of payment is immediate. L'Antiga Casa Sala works with Stripe for your comfort and greater security. When you confirm your order with payment by card, you will see a screen where you can make the payment by entering your card information. L'Antiga Casa Sala will not receive this data nor will it have access to it. You make the transaction directly with the bank and the Stripe payment gateway but without leaving our website.

As our system prioritizes security, after authorizing the payment, your bank may request additional confirmation using a private code sent to your mobile phone, with a key card or with the additional security key that you have programmed.

It is very important that you indicate the code of your order as the concept of the operation. This way we can identify the payment more easily.

As this payment method is not immediate, it is possible that the availability of some items may have changed or some may even be out of stock when we receive payment.

If you make the deposit from any other bank other than "La Caixa" and your order is urgent, you can send proof of payment in PDF so that we can send the package as soon as possible. We do this because transfers from different entities They can take up to two business days (weekends and holidays are not included). Once we have validated payment confirmation, we will send you a notification email.

Orders by transfer will not be prepared until the payment has been validated, and orders pending payment will be kept for 15 days. After these days, if payment has not been confirmed, a transfer order is automatically cancelled. If after these days we receive the amount of your purchase, we will recover the order, but it is possible that the availability of some items has changed and some have even been sold out. If so, we will give you a discount coupon for your next purchase, which if you do not wish to use, you can request payment of the amount in your customer area.

PayPal
This payment method carries a management fee of 4% of the amount of your purchase.

Bizum
This form of payment is immediate. L'Antiga Casa Sala works with Redsys for your comfort and greater security. When you confirm your order with payment through Bizum, a screen will appear where you can make the payment by entering your mobile phone number, where you will receive a notification from your bank to authorize the payment.
You make the transaction directly with the bank and the Redsys payment gateway, L'Antiga Casa Sala will not receive data or have access to it.
